Upon full payment, the client will receive rights to the final deliverables as specified in the agreement.
Whiz Global Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
All pre-existing tools, frameworks, designs, strategies, or proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Whiz Global Solutions.
7. Digital Marketing & Advertising Disclaimer
Results from Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, or Outdoor Advertising may vary based on market conditions, competition, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, or revenue outcomes.
8. Website & Content Usage
All website content including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and visuals are the property of Whiz Global Solutions. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Whiz Global Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, delays, third-party platforms, or external factors.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information, strategies, credentials, and proprietary data shared during the course of the project.

All personal and business information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse client data.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan (India).
