1. Nature of Services & Delivery
Whiz Global Solutions provides professional, customized, and non-physical services, including:
Web Development Services
eCommerce Development Solutions
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Advertising & Outdoor Media Services
As these are service-based deliverables, no physical shipping is involved. All work, reports, credentials, creatives, or access details are delivered digitally via email, dashboards, cloud platforms, or agreed communication channels.
2. Project Initiation & Timelines
Work begins only after written confirmation of scope and receipt of advance or full payment, as agreed.
Timelines are shared before project commencement and depend on:
Project complexity
Client inputs and approvals
Platform, vendor, or media requirements
Delays caused by late client feedback, approvals, or content submission may impact delivery schedules.
Any timeline changes are communicated promptly.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate project requirements, content, and approvals on time
Ensuring compliance with applicable advertising and digital laws
Clearing third-party costs such as ad budgets, platform fees, hosting, or media charges unless otherwise agreed
Whiz Global Solutions is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, media owners, government authorities, etc.).
4. Refund & Revision Policy
a. Eligibility for Refund or Revision
Refunds or revisions may be considered only if:
Delivered services significantly deviate from the agreed scope or proposal
Verified technical errors or non-performance are identified
A written complaint is submitted within 7 business days of delivery or milestone completion
Each request is reviewed by our project management and quality assurance team.
b. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after project initiation
Client-side delays or lack of approvals
Marketing performance outcomes such as leads, sales, traffic, or rankings
Outdoor advertising delays due to government permissions, weather, or vendor issues
Services already delivered, campaigns already executed, or media already booked
Partial refunds, if approved, are based on work completed and resources utilized.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing before work begins.
Once development, campaign execution, or media booking has started, cancellations are not permitted.
Long-term services (Digital Marketing, Social Media Management) may be reviewed for cancellation at management discretion.
Administrative, planning, or resource charges may apply where applicable.
Outdoor media advertising cannot be canceled after vendor booking or material production.
6. Revisions & Quality Assurance
All services follow industry best practices and quality standards.
Revision limits are defined in the project agreement or proposal.
Additional revisions or scope changes may attract extra charges.
7. Force Majeure
Whiz Global Solutions shall not be liable for delays or failure in service due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government regulations
Platform outages
Internet or hosting failures
Legal restrictions or strikes
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or adjusted as service credit
Transaction fees, bank charges, or international transfer costs are non-refundable
