Return & Cancellation Policy

At Whiz Global Solutions, we believe in building long-term relationships through transparency, quality, and fair trade. This Return & Cancellation Policy explains how we manage return requests and order cancellations for our global clients.


1. Return Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to the confirmed order.

  • Packaging was compromised during transit and the goods were affected.

  • Written notice of the issue is submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

Each claim is reviewed carefully by our quality control and logistics team before approval.

b. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products (Tea, Rice, and Multani Mitti), returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Minor variations in color, grain, or fragrance (as these are natural products).

  • Goods damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.


2. Return Procedure

If your order qualifies for return:

  1. Send an email to info@whizglobalsolutions.com with your order details, photos, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Our team will verify the claim within 5–7 working days.

  3. If approved, we’ll coordinate with our logistics partner for product replacement or provide a partial/full refund, depending on the case.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer unless the error is from our side.


3. Cancellation Policy

a. Before Shipment

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of confirmation and before dispatch.

  • A written cancellation request must be sent to info@whizglobalsolutions.com.

  • If the goods are already under production or packaging, a handling fee may apply.

b. After Shipment

  • Once the goods are dispatched or export documentation is completed, cancellations are not permitted.

  • In case of unavoidable circumstances, Whiz Global Solutions may review the situation at its sole discretion.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after inspection and verification.

  • Refunds are made via the same mode of payment or adjusted against future orders.

  • Banking or international transfer charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
